HotSpots

There are a lot of Hotspot's on the internet and I bought one that fit my budget

The only faulty thing I noticed about hte Hotspots is the ablility to disconnect from a talkgroup with out having to issue the TG 4000 as a group, the only problem with that if the TG is busy it's not easy to do.

I have setup my hotspots RF timeout and Net Timeout both to 2 it seemed to work but need to wait for TG to get quit.

How to get WIFI working on your Pi-Star, Click on the Configuration, Click Export, Click WIFI and enter the following and after you save and power down and repower back up you hotspot will reconnect to cell phone or wifi.

Copy or type the lines below.

network={

ssid="YourSSID"

psk="Your SSID Password"

id_str="0"

priority=100

}

Once you copy all the lines above your hotspot will get on the internet.
